Home Improvement - CARE - CARING FOR SILVERSTONE
Caring for Silverstone
Condition new pans before use by wiping the surface
with a thin coating of shortening or oil. Use medium to
low heat for best cooking results. Extremely high
temperatures can cause discoloration and shorten the life
of any nonstick finish. If higher temperatures are
necessary, preheat the pan on medium for a few minutes.
Nylon, plastic, wooden or rubber utensils are
preferred. Metal utensils may be used with care, but don't
cut in the pan.
