Home Improvement - WOOD - REMOVING STAINS FROM WOODEN BLOCKS

Wooden Block - Removing Stains
Surface stains and odors can be removed by rubbing
the surface with a cloth dipped in lemon juice. If the
stains are stubborn, use ammonia and water solution. For
small scratches or rough areas, go over the butcher block
lightly with fine sandpaper sanding with the grain.
Afterward, wipe well with a damp cloth; then re-oil.
